Quick Verdict
Mr Goodwin scores a perfect 10/10 for purchases across three reviewer tests and 9/10 for game selection, but site glitches and a rigid $100-minimum redemption with no gift-card option pull the overall down to 6.7/10.
We Tested Mr Goodwin
Our reviewer program has completed 3 documented tests of Mr Goodwin: real accounts, real purchases, real redemptions, most recently in July 2026.
Rated 7/10“Everything is great about this casino except the fact that every time I'd go back to the lobby to select a new game, the website would not let me scroll down to select a new game. I eventually figured out a workaround by reloading the page but I had to reload the page after every game and then it would let me…”
Rated 7/10“It was a little challenging getting started on Mr. Goodwin, but once you get past the bumps in the road, it's a lot of fun! What bumps? One of the first things I do on sites like this is verify my account so I can cash out when I'm done. Mr. Goodwin had some technical difficulties with one of the forms, which got…”

Overview
Mr Goodwin runs on the UTech platform (shared with Playtana and Scarlet Sands). Three reviewers tested it between May and July 2026. They liked the games and the support; they did not like the site bugs or the redemption rules.
Sign-up and purchases
Registration is quick and ID verification is deferred until you redeem. All three testers scored purchases 10/10; PayPal is accepted alongside cards. One tester hit a broken verification form, which live chat fixed in under five minutes.
Games
Game selection scored 9/10. The library is broad and includes some titles our testers had not met elsewhere. The recurring complaint is a lobby bug: after a game, the page would not scroll until reloaded.
Redemption
Two testers reached redemption. The minimum is $100 and there is no gift-card route, which one tester called "very rigid". Timelines reported: 1 to 2 days and 3+ days.
Support
Live chat was quick in both tests that used it, a point testers contrasted with AI-only support elsewhere.
Verdict
A solid library and painless purchases, let down by site glitches and a $100 redemption floor.
